2. The structure of the double-spindle vertical machining center: it is fixed by a column, and the structure of the cross slide moves. The whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability; guide rail: imported precision P grade X/Y/Z: No. 35/45/35 roller line rail; high precision, large bearing capacity, strong rigidity; lead screw : Imported C3 level precision ground screw, X/Y/Z axis screw adopts 4016 specifications; Bearing: Screw bearing and spindle bearing adopt imported (NSK) special precision bearings.
Castings: Large parts such as bed, workbench, column, headstock, and intermediate carriage are all made of high-strength, low-force cast iron materials and resin sand molding technology, and are tempered to eliminate internal stress and obtain a good overall stable structure.
Utilizing the characteristics of cast iron material such as high strength, good rigidity, small thermal influence, and excellent anti-seismic performance, the overall accuracy of the machine tool can be guaranteed for a long time. Extended service life.

Tool magazine: The knife magazine adopts Taiwan's disc-type magazine with reliable quality and stable performance. The tool magazine adopts manipulator to change the tool, the capacity of the tool magazine is 24 knives, and the tool changing time is fast.
Lubrication: Through the automatic lubrication station, the thin oil lubrication of the X, Y, Z-axis guide rail pair and the lead screw nut pair is realized; the noise is low during the operation of the guide rail and the lead screw, and the service life is longer.
Drive: The three-axis motor and the high-precision ball screw are directly connected and driven. The ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to further improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three linear coordinate axes all adopt linear rolling guide rails, the vibration of the machine tool is small when feeding at high speed, and there is no crawling when feeding at low speed, and it has high precision and stability.
